Gilgandra High School is in the third year of the CNS program. Principal Michelle Archer said teachers have gained confidence in how to engage with students and how to incorporate Indigenous perspectives and knowledges in the classroom.
“My ultimate goal for Gilgandra High School is to have one cohesive community, all of our students and staff are engaging with everyone. Not just our Aboriginal families, but everyone - that we're in an inclusive school,” Ms Archer said.
